Research - Terrorism

Terrorism is a crucial yet under-researched public health problem. Work of the Wiener Werkstaette has included the development of the first set of media guidelines for the reporting on mass shootings (and terrorism) and now focuses on media portrayals of terrorism and how this reporting affects the community. Further, we aim to assess how the media might contribute to the prevention of terrorism.
